I'M Christy

Certified Fitness Trainer and Personal Coach

I am a wife, mom to three, a teenage son, and 2 daughters 5 year old and 3.5 years old. 9 Years ago I took a leap of faith and invested in my own health and fitness journey while also learning how to help others on their journey. Over the past several years I have acquired my Exercise Science Degree with a Focus in Personal Training, as well as many specialized certifications. 

My passion is to help other Mom's & Wife's Change the Health of their entire Family by starting on focusing on their health journey first to lead by example and inspire the entire family to come alongside.

As mom's we tend to put everyone else above ourselves, I teach mom's how you must fill your cup first with mindset, health, and exercise before you can fill others cups. 

We cannot pour from an empty cup!

Personal Training

Do you need more of a hands on approach a Virtual Training Session.

 

These Sessions are great as an add on to my monthly accountability or as stand alone if you want a more private approach to your training.

You can chose the day and time that best fits your schedule. We meet up virtually via zoom for a 45 min session. First 1o mins is check in on how you are doing, discuss any issues, then 30 min training session, followed by 5 mins of going over next actions to take. All sessions will be recorded and you will have access to them via link to use as future workouts.
