Need to get more dialed in training, this is perfect.
what's included?

6 -- one on one Virtual Personal Training Session

Each Session is 45 mins- broken down by 10 mins of check in, 30 min workout, 5 min assignment.

each Workout from each session will be uploaded into your Private Training App(you have access to all your previous trainings as long as you are a current client)

Sessions are Valid for 30 days (unused sessions are void after 30 days)
