Strawberry Overnight Oats

Breakfast made yummy, prep night before!

Strawberries + Cream Overnight Oats

Serves 1


Ingredients:


1 cup chopped strawberries, divided

1/3 cup vanilla coconut yogurt

1/2 cup canned lite coconut milk

1 tsp pure maple syrup

1 Tbsp strawberry jam

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 Tbsp chia seeds


Directions


1.) Place a 1/2 cup of strawberries, yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup and jam in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

2.) Place the remaining 1/2 cup strawberries, oats and chia seeds into a medium bowl.

3.) Top with


the yogurt mixture and stir to combine. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.

4.) In the morning enjoy as is or garnish with more chopped strawberries.
